Hi,
I have a Samsung PCN5425R, I have red bow on top on my screen and green color is not line up with the rest of the screen image. My TV looks blurry only on the left side of the screen, Could someone send me the alignment manual for the Samsung PCN5425R.

You can get the service manual for your equipment directly from Samsung. It cost you some money. but i dont think that it will help you out. and dont try to mess with the service menu if you don't know what you're doing. its risky as it can change the settings of your tv.
You can fix the problem replacing the convergence amp board, it will cost you about $80, which includes both convergence IC's and associated components. if you know how to get access to the service mode then go to and change the settings.

Turn on the TV on and select the input that you want to adjust.
Turn the display off.
In quick sequence on the remote press:
MUTE - 1 - 8 - 2 - POWER buttons.
The TV will turn On with the Service Menu displayed.
ADJUSTMENT - TEST PATTERN - SET OPTION BYTE - FACTORY RESET
Select the function and use the VOL+ button to enter.
Save settings and exit by pushing MUTE twice then POWER .
