Hiya,
Something is killing my PC. It gets shutdown whenever i starts some applications. Apllications are not fixed, i mean i can't say due to which application its happening. May be some virus but , is there any way to stop this shut down process ?

What kind of shutdown? instant? or with timer warning?
Run a shutdown.exe -a command to abort the shutdown process.

You can also create a shortcut to Abort a shutdown on your desktop.
- Just right click on desktop and select New -> Shortcut
- Now in the first input box of the create shortcut wizard write "shutdown -a" command.
- In the Shortcut name box right the name for the shortcut, for example Kill Shutdown
- Now click ok, and after completing this wizard you'll find the shortcut icon for abort shutdown on your desktop.
