I have Sony Handycam HDR-XR520V P, when i try to connect my handycam to computer and download Sony Picture Utility software through IE, it start connecting but after sometime it disconnect automatically. i don't know how to solve this problem, i just want to download Sony Picture Utility software. Any help will be extremely appreciated.
Solve this problem by click on Tools option in menu and select internet option. Click on the security tab and after that select or click on Custom Level button. Then Scroll down to Downloads. you have to enable the option Automatic prompting for file downloads,then click ok for saving that setting.
If the problem is not resolved, attempt to repair Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:
- On the taskbar, click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- In Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- In the Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box, click Internet Explorer and Internet Tools, and then click Add/Remove.
- In the Internet Explorer and Internet Tools dialog box, click Repair Internet Explorer, then click OK, and then click Yes to confirm the repair.
- Click Yes to restart the computer.
