I have a 170C Philips flat screen 17 "(I have since changed) that does nothing except display the menu settings, otherwise there's just the backlight that is activated. I think EEPROM is defective.
Can someone help me ?
Thanks

If it is a serial eeprom defines just to keep the settings, there may be a manipulation to get the values "factory" at boot, by pressing certain buttons at power.
Easy to program 24C02 (I2C eeprom) and a Visual Basic program for the pilot, under Windows98 and XP. (not on Vista). But here we must adapt certain knowledge and the desire to do so.
See this thread http://forums.techarena.in/windows-v...ce/1053535.htm it will help you.
