Microsoft wireless receiver stopped working
I am having a wireless keyboard which i bought past few months back. Today when i started my computer it was not working. firstly i thought it might be that battery has got finished. but replacing even that doesn't worked. it is connected to USB & was giving an error saying to install driver but while i try to update it just says you have the updated driver. Can anyone help with this..??
Re: Microsoft wireless receiver stopped working
Uninstall and reinstall the software in the right order: first software, then reset channel on the receiver and then on the keyboard.
Re: Microsoft wireless receiver stopped working
Tried unplugging all devices. I do believe my ports are "powered" enough. I tried to disabled a few ports by using my bios, but was no help.
May be i need to change my controller and charge kit to someone who can still use it on a real 360 console for a wired controller and lose all the extra money it cost me to have wireless :(
Re: Microsoft wireless receiver stopped working
Try moving the part that acts a a receiver to a different usb port. I have to do this about every 3 months.
