LaCie Introduces Two Network Storage Servers for Workgroups
LaCie announced two new great capacity Network Attached Storage (NAS) solutions - Big Disk network and d2 network. These professional file servers are optimized for the users instantaneously to divide, store and safeguard files, starting from import which PC or Mac on a telegraphic network or without wire. New LaCie NAS solutions of high efficiency and reliability of professional class, in easy to use solution of network for the house or small office.
The d2 network supports to 1.5TB capacity, while the large network disk combines two commands in a RAID 0 arrangement, for up 3TBs storage. Both NAS solutions are ideal for experienced users or small and medium offices that want to develop environments team for up to 50 users (15 in the same time). Network administrators can choose from various levels of security for user profiles, groups, and access to public or invited. Users can connect a USB command to the external security of the increase in support programs, or increase capacity. The D2 network also includes an eSATA connection for the expansion of storage.
