CPU cooler working at low RPM
hi, i found Highest temp for my system has been up to is 65 degrees, but even that temperature , my CPU fan running only on 700 RPM. It is set in the BIOS at 50 degrees. The radiator is an Arctic Cooling Freezer which would be 1500 RPM. so i want to increase RPM for more cooling can any one suggest me how can i do that ??Thank you in advance
Re: CPU cooler working at low RPM
did you have any problem with your Arctic Cooling as its working on default setting there must be no problem ...
Re: CPU cooler working at low RPM
the Original INTEL CPU cooler have 4200 RPM doesn't go beyond 2700 RPM with CPU temperature below 65 Degree C. so something improper is looking ,,,there could be some heat sink problem, to change the cpu fan settings you can go to the bios settings and change the cpu fan settings .
Re: CPU cooler working at low RPM
try using SpeedFan 4.31 it work for me Increasing the % of Speed will change the speed of the fan.but it depends on hardware ability so beware in that case no change will happen .
