hello friend,
From past few days, I am facing some problems relating to graphics like picture not visible properly, high level photos appearing blurred, low intensity display while playing games. I think there is a problem in my graphics processor. I want to ask whether it is possible to upgrade the graphics processor only keeping remaining components of the main processor as it is ?
Any ideas regarding this.......kindly suggest
Yes, you can upgrade just graphics processor keeping the remaining system untouched provided the graphics chip on your system is on a separate, replacable graphics card, i.e the one that is not integrated into the motherboard.
Most of the desktop computers and laptops have integrated graphics chips (which is integrated into the mobo). Some of the processors even provides separate slot for video/graphic where you have an option to upgrade a separate graphics processor..... Check in which category does your motherboard falls ?
What do you have a desktop system or a notebook (laptop) ?
If you have a desktop system, then its possible to upgrade graphics processor. Also, it's possible only if you have a separate slot for video or graphic chip.
If you have a portable computer like laptop, then it's not possible to upgrade graphic processor separately. You need to upgrade whole system...
