Holes on the cabinet for GPU cooling
It is so that I have my 6200LE graphics card with a Core2duo cooler and now when I would put the lid on the computer it appears that cooler stack up so that I have to make a hole in the roof of the box (along the top right).
So I wondered, is anybody having any idea of how to fix this problem nicely?
Re: Holes on the cabinet for GPU cooling
You can mount the fan on the outside of the chassis and then set in a fan grill. Can not say that it would be the nicest but probably one of the more flexible solutions, depending on how much space is missing.

About one centimeter.
Forgot to say that I had removed the fan from the radiator so it is only the flange left.

Re: Holes on the cabinet for GPU cooling
You might cut the cooler flange instead of destroying the cabinet.
Do not think you need much to do it.
Re: Holes on the cabinet for GPU cooling
Yes, it would be good to do. When compared with the standard cooling on the 6200LE, it will certainly great of the temperature anyway. The plan was to try overclocking the graphics card pretty much.
BTW, anyone know how to disconnect power to a 3-pin fan connector when you do not have any contact with it, if you take what I mean. Can add to the fan from a 8600GT so it is not a normal 3-pin.
Re: Holes on the cabinet for GPU cooling
You are referring to that it has small pins or what? You can if you have one of those adapter from the fan connector to molex then be able to connect via maybe a little noise in which the fan (hope you understand what I mean).
