Problem viewing TV channels on PC

hie,

I have recently installed TV tuner card in my computer system in order to view all the TV channels in my computer itself. However, I cannot view any TV channels on my PC. What can be reason ? Is it a TV signal issue or something else ?

Well, it is very difficult to analyse what is the exact issue with such a limited information. Do you receive any message on the screen when you start the application ?

Ohh !!! I am sorry I forget to mention that. Yes, I do see a message on my screen saying,

Tuner not found

Well, this is the error message. It means that - The tuner card might not be installed, enabled, have updated drivers, or be configured for use with Windows Media Center.

check the following -

1. Make sure that the TV tuner card is properly installed on your computer.
   Otherwise, uninstall and then reinstall the TV tuner card.
   
2. Check for an updated driver for the TV tuner card.
   
3. Then configure the TV tuner card with Windows Media Center

To configure the TV tuner card for use with Windows Media Center :

• On the start screen
• Scroll to Tasks
• Click Settings
• Click TV
• Click Set Up TV Signal.

Install the drivers properly... and see whether your cable is connected to tv tuner.......
