My config is:
P5E WS with the rampage bios (or formula, I can not remember)
2 x 2 GB ddr 2 dominator
E8500
4870
1 x 1TB WD black
1 x 1T WD green
Dvd + player
So I resume my worries, when you install windows, no request to press a button, it starts directly (ok I did boot on the cd-rom via the bios)
After the analysis of components, there is a black screen with a cursor and on welcome screen after Windows XP, it freezes at the black screen with the cursor on it !
Please help!

Try to run the installation with only the hard disk on which you plan to save the system. You add the other drives later.
