Toshiba satellite A215 crashes
i have read all the thread about this subject but i could not find the solution i need i got a toshiba satlelite A215 and it pretty much crashed it has windows vista i bought it from someone so i donot have no disks for it i am looking for a boot up are recover cd and i am a disabled so i donot have no extra income to spend on the cd and i have looked at alot of sites to see where i can get what i need free if anyone can tell me where this site is thats great

Try going to the Power Options, advanced options, processor power management, and change the value of the minimum processor state to 100%.

Ohh ! that really sounds bad. Check if your system crashes in the middle
of flashing the bios, then the motherboard is probably bricked.
You can't just "refresh" a bios by shorting it.
If its still under warranty, immediately send it back to toshiba and
have them replace the motherboard.

how can i tell if the motherboard is gone and is there any free software what i can use to try to restore it
