Pilot controller mass storage?

Hello, in my device manager I have a line with a yellow
"Mass-storage controller" when I try to reinstall a driver, windows does not

I have a pci card with 2 USB ports which are not activated I suppose it should be the controller of improperly installed weight - Unfortunately the pc a bit and I do not know where to find the drivers, how do:

1 / activate these USB ports?

2 / find the right drivers and install them?
