Create a new toolbar in the Quick Launch bar

Hello to all.

I created a new toolbar. But unlike Vista, Windows XP, I can not put it in the Quick Launch toolbar. Every time I turn on my PC, I am compelled to repeat the procedure to reinstall my bar. I also take this question, namely: How to remove the language bar that appears at each launch. If there is among you "using XP Pro" can help me. Thanks for any help

For your toolbar, have you checked that "lock the taskbar" is checked when you do a right-click on it?

Regarding the Language bar you can go through the Control Panel Regional and Language Options-> "Languages" tab "Details" button -> "language bar" -> uncheck "Show Language bar on the desktop."

1) Regarding the installation of my new toolbar, my taskbar was not locked. I just lock it. I'm going to create my new bar and then lock the taskbar. Basically everything will be OK

2) And i also got success to disable the Language bar.
