cbxoibby.dll file Missing

Hello, after having installed an antivirus and having removed an infected file, as soon as I restart my PC I have a message:
RunDLL
Error of loading of C:\Windows\system32\cbXOIbbY.dll
The specified module is untraceable.

I am under Vista, please help me.

We suggest you to remove CBABY.DLL from your computer as soon as possible.
CBABY.DLL is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the file CBABY.DLL and remove CBABY.DLL from Windows startup.
Removal: cbaby.dll is removed by RegRun.
Download RegRun Suite. Click here.
Unzip downloaded file to any folder on your hard drive.
Open an executable file to start program installation.
Follow the installer instructions.

The Process is packed and/or encrypted using a software packing process
CBABY.DLL has been the subject of the following behavior:
Created as a process on disk
Registered as a Dynamic Link Library File
Enabled as an In Process Object/Server - Common with DLL Injections
Deleted as a process from disk

Try the above method to remove the malware.
