Port Sata problem with the Computer System

I just change my CPU, after installation, the computer starts but it reboot constantly.
I can access the Bios, it is always set as in the other box with the right time etc ... It detects my HD but do not want to run the OS or a bootable CD.
My motherboard is a gigabyte P35 DS3R rev2. bios is up to date I purchased new one, 1 month ago.
I have to see that this is not a mass problem, the motherboard is now on my desk plugged in and still does not work:
If you want to know if I changed my equipment I just changed the original cpu, so the problem just not the Motherboard.
