ICQ 5.1 does not connect!

I wanted to just purely in ICQ! Then connect then review and then connect again! I get it now since 5min run, but it does not work! Did it even started and 2min later still unable to go! but when I with my second account, everything goes smoothly! can someone help me?

I think it due to slow net or the router.
