Re: Bugs in Windows 7
Open My Computer and open any drive. It'll activate the "Left Arrow" button as well as the drop-down Arrow which is called "Recent Pages List".
- Look carefully at the screenshot. The buttons and their background image both are misplaced. Either the background image should be moved to right by a few pixels or the buttons should be moved to left by a few pixels to fix their positions.
- Anyway its not a big deal. Now hover your mouse cursor over the drop-down arrow and you'll see following:
- The background image and the drop-down Arrow both are moved to the left by a few pixels upon hovering the cursor over the arrow. Which is quite annoying.
- Now click on the drop-down arrow and amazing, the whole background image will disappear:
Now that's really a big UI bug.

Re: Bugs in Windows 7
- Open "System Properties" (sysdm.cpl) and goto "Advanced" tab and click on "Settings" button in "Performance" section.
- Uncheck the option "Show previews and filters in folders" and apply.
- Now open My Computer and you'll see "Menubar" has been enabled automatically even you have disabled it earlier. Its strange to understand why Menubar is associated with the "Show previews and filters in folder" option?
- Now click on "Organize -> Layout" and you'll be surprised because "Menubar" option is already unchecked. Then wth Menubar is showing in Explorer?
- Now try to enable / disable the option and nothing will happen. Menubar will always be displayed no matter you enable it or disable it. Then what's the use of this option? IMO if the option doesnt work, then it should be disabled automatically.
