Runtime error - Out of memory

Specs : HP Pavilion PC - OS: Vista
I just downloaded (from CD) my software''GARMIN TRAINING CENTER.' When I want to run the program, This application has requested the run time to terminate it in an unusual way''(Microsoft VisualC + + Runtime Library). I went through several forums but nothing ... So I decide to download the program from the Garmin website. Com (as recommended by several users because this is the last version). I download the program, when I run the setup i'm getting error"OUT OF MEMORY!" .. Needless to say that my PC is far from saturated in memory. So if someone at a solution to a problem I'm interested.

I tested and everything is ok

In searching the forums I found an earlier version of the software. I have it installed and running. For when I made against an update I got error Out of Memory. But this does nothing because it is only in my schedule meetings before sending them on the clock and it works. For the pure management of my coaching I use other software (Sports Track).
