After installing a graphics software, Firefox does not want to function despite Uninstall and Reinstall: crash message appears. it Only works in the Safe Mode. It's not a firewall problem , because it occurs when Firefox is identified as an exception, and also when the Windows Firewall is off. No other firewalls are installed.

Hi, do a System Restore, before installing the software chart. what antivirus software you use ? other browsers (internet explorer, opera) works fine ?. Try other versions of Firefox.
Reinstalled and rebooted many times. Tried other versions of Firefox without a change in the result. Cleared cache, history, temp files, etc. No change. Even did a System Restore. No change.
P.S. Running Vista Ultimate.

try installed Ccleaner
click -> Register ---> analysis -> Save -> repair errors
then cleaner ---> analysis ---> start cleaning
Restart your PC -> (Important)
if feeling better
otherwise
download and install -> Malwarebytes
Make a full analysis in Safe Mode + Suppressions infections found (to do)
