Hello,
i am using a new computer with Vista and also purchased new samsung multi function. but my new printer is not ready to work with my pc I have tried everything, nothing to do: "ERROR - PRINTING IN PROGRESS"
but damn it's crazy!
- i have change the cable,
- i have change the port,
- i have reinstall driver,
vista detects it is , but it cant seem to print the document please really need help thanks
does it work correctly on another computer?have you tried this on another computer.Quote:

The problem is the same as you connect in parallel or USB? Otherwise try with the driver for Windows XP.Quote:

For manual installation proceeds as follows:

- In Device Manager, right-click on the row to the printer and select Update Driver.
