Hi to all,
As config, I have xp pro with PC Tools firewall and antivirus tools pc (both are free)!
The two work very well but at the reception with Thunderbird mail, messages are often innaccessibles?
I get just the message with the sender's name but nothing inside?
I left the config for both "PC Tools" home and my messages are often "empty"!
If someone has a solution, thank you for giving me
Already at the top of the window thunderbird click on Tools / Account Settings / server settings and check, it leave messages on the server.
This allows you to read your mail on your ISP and compare what is available and what saves your PC.
Why you suspected your antivirus?
If you had put your problem in using internet you would have perhaps more notice.

but even if the box "leave messages on server" was not consistent, I had already tested for messages that open "well" on the server that open but empty thunderbird!
And why the virus (or firewall) is that the problem of empty messages "exist" since the updating of these two programs?
But it is possible that this is nothing to see, though?
A friend sends messages empty mine and "even" with text or images on one of my dear and tender!!
And antivirus as the firewall, there is a pattern of what the (s) software (s) it recognizes spam or other ???.......
