Problem with 9800 GTX driver

I once again need help of you. I'm already getting almost crazy with this situation. Recently bought a 9800gtx+. Got home and installed the pc. Everything was right and when I was installing the driver the PC restarts. Shows black screen showing only the mouse pointer, after a 2 minute lock and then blue screen. That only happens with the driver version of 180 up to the 180.84 drives below the 178.24 functions. All the 177, 178 ... already swapped the source, processor, memory, format, format again and put the xp 32, currently using for the 64. I think I could explain more that can help me solve this. It seems vga problem. Is it in the guarantee?

VGA is not in guarantee. My previous thinking was that only. So I got a new sealed one and the same thing happens. So that cannot be a problem.

I had a 8800gt and it never happened when installing driver 180 and nothing ever happened. Not know what may be happening, and nothing has changed.

I am already crazy with it.
