Overclock results with "HTPC"
Hey, guys!
Have tested a little more now, and it feels very good in some places and worse in others:
- Proc makes 3.4 on the original voltage (Prime-stable overnight and 59 degrees load)
- The memories do 1050Mhz also spanning and auto timing (memtest 6 hours without errors)
- Springboard manage 470 Mhz stable.
Now for the less Positive.
- Graphic card cope with the stress and be just 700Mhz on Core (Crysis ™ team test) and the memories pass up an increase of 10Mhz without dots.
- The hard disk click as hell and are generally slow, however, be a replacement tomorrow, so hopefully it will be for the better.
- Vista 64bit is not convincing, so start small to find the settings for things now, however!

Re: Overclock results with "HTPC"
Replace the cooler on the graphics card. 88gt stock does not usually give right rating. Low budget cooler to keep the prices of cards down probably. The speed is the card in the original? Don't expect too much especially not with the original cooler.
And vista, it is tough whether you run 32 or 64bit and with the upcoming sp1 will only perform worse.
It sounds good otherwise you can try to push the timing of memories.
Re: Overclock results with "HTPC"
Graphic radiator are "fine" 2-slot, which covers both memories and voltage regulator, and also "temps" seems OK, ~ 65 degrees after 2 hours Crysis ™ team test. Seems almost as if it is a bad card simply!
Should be tested a little more with timing when I get new hard disk.
