Turn Off Windows Zooming Animation?

hello actually I am a regular user of computers.and has to deal with lots of windows but i didn't particularly like windows zooming feature.I know there a tricks to do that but can't seem to find it.so can anybody tell me How do Turn Off Windows Zooming Animation? please any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The windows zooming animation probably originated from Mac OS's. It is considered one of the cute features of window. But if you have plenty of windows to maximize and minimize, you will wish there isn't such a feature.

1. Open up the registry editor
   
2. go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\desktop\.
   
3. On the right pane, look for a value called MinAnimate.
   
4. Change the value to 0.
   
5. Restart Windows and the animation is gone.
