Whenever I start a program in Windows Vista 64 bit, I get the error message as below. Anyone know about this or have any solutions to fix this?

The sensapi.dll (System Event Notification Service API Library) is used by windows applications when performing synchronization with mobile devices using SENS (System Event Notification Service). If you don't perform any form of synchronization between devices, you can safely remove this file.

sensapi.dll is a system process. Removing System Event Notification Service API Library may adversely impact your system. Also sensapi.dll should not be disabled, as it is required for essential applications to work properly.
