New graphics card

I would like to buy a new graphics card because I is currently unable to read the game Counter Strike Source and the game Spore ::blink:

My current graphics card is: NVIDIA GeForce2 MX / MX 400

My processor is Intel (R) Pentium (R) 2.00 GHz 4CPU

If someone could recommend a graphics card, not too expensive, but can play above games .

I'm also go a similar situation and have zeroed in on nVidia GeForce 7600GS AGP and ATI HD3850. Not sure about the prices and not sure which one to go for.
