How do I unlock files through Windows Explorer?
At our Office we have a Windows XP system and there are several images saved in .PDF's, JPEG's, an.PSD format. But whenever I’m trying to open any of these pictures system says that we need to use the properties command in Windows Explorer. I don’t know what does it meant. Surprisingly the pictures are getting opened by only the person who created. Can somebody please tell me what is wrong ?

Re: How do I unlock files through Windows Explorer?
Hello,
I am having a similar problem with photoshop. I am trying to save downloaded photoshop brushes to Photoshop. However, I keep receiving the message that I need to use the "Properties command to unlock the file in Windows Internet Explorer." I do not know what or where the Properties command is, let alone how to unlock the file. I have tried various ways to solve this problem without any success. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it.
Thank you.
