"cancelling the download of subscription rights"
This is Windows Vista running with WMP11. I created a new video from an old Video tape. When I played it in WMP and closed the player, I got an error message saying “cancelling the download of subscription rights.” I don’t know what it means but the error box was like it is downloading something. I was also not able to cancel this pop up unless the bar went all across to the right.
I tried searching for the error on Google, found some articles but only with question, no solution provided for the same. Do you guys have any information about this error? Please help.

Well even I dint have come across this error ever on my PC hence don’t have any idea what is meant by that. And as you said there is no information about the same on web also. So the only think I could suggest you is better use “WMP's Tools:Options:Apply Media Information menu tool” and what it reports.
