How to allow non-admin to run scheduled tasks remotely?

I have a Windows Server 2003 R2 system. I want some options by which I can allow non-admin people to run schedule task through a remote server. I had seen some help article on the same where I found that it is only possible when the user is the member of locate administrator. I had added the user in lock backup operator group and I think he has the right to execute the task. I do not want to add the same user in some other group also. When I had done with configuration I found that the user still cannot run the task.

It is only possible if you make the user admin. Because admin only has the right to execute the task or else all your settings will be of no use. The admin group only has privileges to to run task or not initiate any script. If you do not want to add any existing user in the admin group, then the best option remains here is to create a automated task which will run the other task in time interval of your choice.
