Re: Login and password Text boxes disabled during remote login in windows 7
Firstly i would like to know whether you are using a third party software for connecting to the remote desktop or using the windows default program. If you are using a third party software then it is quite possible that the software might not be compatible with the windows 7. Hence i would recommend you to upgrade this software too.

It seems that you are not logging in as the administrator of the computer and hence the login textbox as well as the password textbox appear as disabled. so create a new user account with administrator privileges and then log in to the system with the newly created user . I think that this trick will work for you surely.

Well according to me you should try to use some other third party software for logging in to your office account. Also i personally use the Teamviewer for logging into my system. Its a great software and works pretty well. If this does not work for you then call the microsoft support center and try t get some help.

I also had the similar problems before a week. I was fed up of this problem then i finally rebooted my system in the safe mode with networking after that it started working fine from there. So i would advise you to do that or else you can also try to use some other application for that purpose.
