Powerbook- Snapshot Function
Can a big shot give pleasure to assist me? I have a 17inch powerbook, about 5 years old and OS X 10.4.11. unexpectedly I was not capable to make use of the snapshot feature (Apple Press, navigation key. Have I someway disabled? This seems very useful and would like it back.
Re: Powerbook- Snapshot Function
I'm pretty sure I know what you're talking about after having a Mac for 7 years, but Cmd + Shift 4 leads to the crosses to select an area to take a screenshot. Cmd + Shift +3 takes a full screenshot and Command-Shift-4 then touch "Space" allows you to capture only the window of your mouse hovers over.
Does this mean that when you press Command-Shift-4 that it is not looking? If nothing happens, I'm not sure what is wrong, because I do not think you can disable that feature.
Re: Powerbook- Snapshot Function
Cmd + Shift +4 Both Shift + Cmd and 3 are not working. Do not know why, like other shortcuts like Cmd + C to copy and Cmd + V to paste the job well
Re: Powerbook- Snapshot Function
Forgive me if this does not exist (I'm three versions of OS X in front of you so there is little doubt in my mind that things have changed), but go to System Preferences> Keyboard> Keyboard Shortcuts> Screens. Do you see the values set for each option.
I hope this will help you. If not than please let me know exact error your are facing. I m waiting for your response.
