error code E-8200012F with Playstation 4
Yesterday I bought myself a brand new Playstation 4 and with it I also got a 12-month Subscription to PlaystationPlus. A code has been given for same and if I am trying to use this code to redeem the subscription then I am getting the below error message? Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks
"The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid.
Please check your entry.

Re: error code E-8200012F with Playstation 4
Even I had the same problem where my code was not valid on release day. I was using the uplay passport code for Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag which was not working for me and later when I started to play the game then I got the option to enter the Uplay passport in the menu of the game. So, if anyone has this sort of problem, please launch the game first and then enter the code in the game menu.

It seems to me that Sony dont have any idea that they were launching a new product and many people actually waited too long with their pre-orders until the normal business hours to pick up their playstation 4 gaming console. This can take more than weeks to solve this issue. You can try to enter the code more than 2-3 times and see if that accepts it.
Re: error code E-8200012F with Playstation 4
I think that this problem might be happening over the PSN server side. The server might be getting jammed because every Playstation 4 owner might be trying to access at the same time. But this doesnt mean Sony to stay behind and upgrade this little things. They should have prepared it right from the start to avoid any nuisance for the gamers.
