Manage Device In Windows XP
I have installed windows xp home sp 3, it works fine. I am trying to install driver update for my graphic card, i want to know is there a way to force windows xp home sp3 to allow me to change hardware resorces without using device manager? Any recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.

There is no another way in windows xp home sp3 to change hardware resorces without using device manager?
