I am using the Qosmio x505 BSOD laptop and this laptops runs just fine but whenever i am trying to watch the videos from the Hulu then video starts freezing and sound keeps on going. Then suddenly i got the blue screen of death. I have tired to search latest drivers but did not found anything. Re: Qosmio x505 BSOD watching Hulu on fullscrren
I'm having quality problems in reading flash videos from sites like youtube and hulu (I'm in the USA). The video stutters, the "cuts" appear horizontal and sometimes the video comes out any full screen mode only. I also encountered problems with flash games that seem to slow down or lag and sound / image presents itself. I know there are a lot of topic on the subject but none helped me solve my problem so I do not know what to do.
Re: Qosmio x505 BSOD watching Hulu on fullscrren
Here's how to solve the problem:
- Right-click the video when it is in normal format.
- Click on "Settings".
- At the bottom of the window that appears, click the first tab, or an image that represents a screen with a red dot on it.
- Uncheck "Enable hardware acceleration".
- Click Close.
- Put the video in full screen, it will be played without problem.
Re: Qosmio x505 BSOD watching Hulu on fullscrren
Hulu is a video platform when viewing content from Fox and NBC and streamed online, but its interface is only prepared to be controlled by mouse and keyboard. Paul Yanez is the creator of Hulu Media Player, which can also boast of being the one who created a clone of Joost for the browser and video player inspired by Apple TV .
Re: Qosmio x505 BSOD watching Hulu on fullscrren
While Hulu is still in private beta and many videos are not accessible, Hulu Media Player only works for U.S. users like Hulu, but with the proxy trick can easily get to Hulu Media Player. Despite its great performance, Hulu Media Player is still in early stages, so that sometimes fails to play a video, playing other content in place and also lacks a button to return to previous menu, otherwise it works is pretty good.
