SoundMAX Digital Audio help
All of a sudden the speakers lose sound and I am not able to hear any music, sound or anything else. The only solution for this issue is to reboot the pc. After that the sound starts working. So, does anyone know how to fix this issue so that I can head some sound? Thanks.

There are sometimes that the video also pause when the sound goes out? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the sound driver but that is not working? Help please.
Re: SoundMAX Digital Audio help
Using Windows XP on a laptop, occasionally after a blue screen or black screen crash, the system reboots but has no sound and displays an error message that the SoundMax drivers failed to load.
Simply rebooting the system again does not help, but removing the both the power cord and the laptop battery, waiting ten seconds, and then rebooting usually fixes the problem.
Re: SoundMAX Digital Audio help
It seems you have old drivers installed so ensure to get all the latest drivers for windows xp. Also, remove the video card drivers and then reinstall it. Try to turn off any power savings that you might be using. Also scan your pc with some antivirus software. If the problem still persists then do a mem test of your ram.
