GMarks 1.0.1 : GMarks allows for easy migration to and from Google Bookmarks. You can import your Firefox bookmarks to Google or export your Google Bookmarks to a bookmarks.htm file. GMarks is completely separate from your Firefox bookmarks and does not remove or hide them.

Open Firefox > click on the Bookmarks menu and select Organize Bookmarks > click on Import and Backup, and then select Import HTML. Select From an HTML file and then click Next > The Import bookmark file window will open. You can import your bookmarks to Google or export your Google Bookmarks to a bookmarks.htm file >Navigate to the location where you saved Chrome's bookmark file, select it, and click Open > Your Chrome bookmarks will be merged with your Firefox bookmarks in the Bookmarks Menu directory.
