I have given an assignment to write about the Virtual PC and WoL. I am not having much knowledge about it, so I thought to take some help from you guys. Please provide me information about the Virtual PC and WoL. Since I am having very less knowledge about the Virtual PC so explain me in details. :notworthy

For options of the motherboard, I found in the doc :
SME Event Wake Up
When set at Enabled, any PCI-PM event awakes the system from a PCI-PM controlled state.
- Disabled Disable this function.
- Enabled Enable SMEs have Wake up Event. (Default Value)

An incoming call via modem awakes the system from soft-off mode. ITS / When set at Enabled, input signal from edible command client / server is the LAN awakes the system from a soft off state if connected over LAN.
- Disabled Disable Modem Ring on / wake on LAN function.
- Enabled Enable Modem Ring On / Wake on Lan. (Default Value)

The command line tool wolcmd IS run from a dos prompt. The syntax IS as Follows :
- wolcmd [mac address] [ip address] [subnet mask] [port number]
The unique mac address of the network card address. To find the mac address of a card you can Either open the Computer and read the address on the sticker on the card golden Much Easier is handler, if you are using TCP / IP, ping the machine from a dos prompt (ping [machine name or ip number].

Windows Virtual PC is a software virtualization manager was bought by Microsoft to create virtual machines. Its function is emulated by virtualization , a hardware that works on a particular operating system . This can be achieved by running multiple operating systems on the same machine at once and have them communicate with each other. No features support for all programs, because there may be errors due to errors in the synchronization of operations or can be generated opcodes out of time. Emulation in Windows collection is also dynamic, but only translates mode kernel and the real-mode x86 code user to x86 , while the user runs natively original or true.
