How to find a website country location in Firefox

Like if I am using Microsoft then it belongs to which country. I tried looking mostly in the footer. Many site post the details about their office which shows the country of origin. But in many sites that offer free games but I am doubtful whether they are spreading malware. And most of these site belong to a single country.

You can find that on the basis of the site IP address. And you can locate that through various online website like Whois. Just search for find website IP address or something. And then you will get the location with web server details also. This is a manual but very effective process and it really works. There might be some addons also which will help you in finding up the site address if you want. You can also try searching on Firefox addon search.

Try Flagfox. This is a nice tiny add-on that works in the same way of giving you location of things you are looking for. It works nicely and has ample of information you are looking for site search. When you open a site it will display a flag that which show you the details where the site belongs. You can also find information related to site validation on the same. It is a nice tool with many extra features. Just try testing it out. There are many other advance add-on also but that will slow down your site.
