Problems in cheking broadband usage in Mumbai area
Please tell me whether anyone facing some error while checking the broadband usage. For your information i am using Mtnl Broadband economy plan. It appears as the website which is meant for checking the broadband usage is not working from last few days. please suggest a suitable remedy for the same.

No it is working for myself you are not able to view your usage summary due to the maintenance activity that is going on in your area so i would suggest you to check this out after some time. These kind of things usually happen while checking the mtnl broadband usage it should start working after about two three hours.

Here if you need to know the broadband usage and the site is not working then you can simply call the customer care and ask them about the same. You can also get information about your broadband usage by dialing 1504 from your landline number. Select the appropriate language and manually ask them what's your usage. Remember you can only get the usage summary and not session history.

Yes i was facing this similar issue too before few days but when i logged in to the website the next day it appeared to be working again and hence i would suggest you to wait for a day or two and then try again. This is a major issue with the mtnlmumbai.in website let's hope that MTNL will solve this issue in future.

Sometimes when i try to open the www.mtnlmumbai.in page the it appears to be just loading and then nothing happens. So in desperation i tried opening the login page dircetly and this really worked for me so i think that you should try to login directly on the login page instead of the home page i have specified the link for the login page http://register.mtnl.net.in/
