Internal memory is 2.5 GB instead of 4 GB in BlackBerry Torch 9860

There is a problem occurred with my BlackBerry Torch 9860 mobile phone. According to the phone specification my mobile phone should have 4GB internal memory but my mobile phone shows only 2.5 GBH memory. what should I do to solve this issue?
