No Post on ASRock Z68 Pro3 Gen3
below mentioned is the hard ware configuration of my computer.

The system of mine is getting powered up for couple of seconds and after that it is getting shut down. After that I cannot power up the system at all. I need to disconnect and reconnect the power to make the thing working for me. can you tell me why I am suffering from the above mentioned issue.

After going through the problem of yours I wanted to tell you that try to boot your system by having minimum hardware specification. I mean try to boot your computer by having 1 stick of ram, 1 video card and there should not be any hard disk , Optical drive and USB device connected with the system. only keyboard should be connected with the computer. after doing the same let me know whether it is working or not. Also see that if you are having any other PSU with you then try to test the situation by using the same because I am suspecting that there could be compatibility issue with PSU and motherboard itself.

If you are not able to get the root cause of the problem then I think you need to reset CMOS by using following steps.
Enter into the BIOS setup by pressing DEL key.
Now look for load the fail-safe defaults option and select the same and Press Y button to confirm proceed.
Once default has been set you should save it and Exit from the BIOS setup.
