Airtel GPRS Costs

What are the costs for various plans for Airtel GPRS ?
Is there any alternative to use internet services for a cheap price.

I have to check my emails on GPRS, this is going to be prime usage

* Rs. 600 --> Gprs+ internet connection (ur airtel powered phone as modem) unlimited @around 32kpbs and Wap sites access in ur Gprs/wap enabled airtel phone. For both prepaid and postpaid.

* Free Gprs and wap sites access only in ur mob .For postpaid customers only.
Till now they were giving out free access for prepaid customers also but now u can get ur the "masala airtel" thing.

* Rs. 1200 --> Total solutions for Airtel blackberry users, and u will get ur montly phone bill as well

Airtel quotes these rates these rates in chennai.

Hey WAP still works on my airtel connection for free. Its not limited to masala.

Prepaid... i'm using airtelwap.com as the access point so its definitely not masala!

Dont know abt other place, but i clearly mentioned in my first post that these rates are for chennai circle only(or maybe even TN circle).

Even today, b4 posting this, i asked, it is not available for free (prepaid) .

only for GPRS they charge about 150 per month ...this is wrt Airtel Maharashtra

Hello friends!
I have motorola MPX 200 and I am in Banglore. I am not able to set it for Airtel Live !.. Can anyone mail me the settings at ajit_motra@rediffmail.com... Coustomer care is of no help.. They say they dont know how to set it for MPx 200.....
