Is there a device similar to Chromecast

Chromecast is quiet a popular thing in the market when it comes to wireless streaming. It is sold by Google and it is one of the best device available. I am trying to find some more alternative for that. Chromecast is quiet limited to usage. But there can be some more which can offer us a complete digital experience at less price. At first I thought Chromecast was something like a media player with remote stuff. But it is just a usb stick. We cannot take much benefit from satellite tv through that.

It has a simple output and it can work through different range. You can also connect your tv through internet on that. I do not think there is any better option than Chromecast.

You can connect different devices through that which has Airplay support. IT is good for those who are having all Apple devices in their home. Because it gives them easier access to various stuff.

There are no device similar to chromecast, but there are video streaming media player. This devices comes with a remote and portable device where you can store data. It is easy to use and has ample of more feature compare to chromecast. In Chromecast you wont get any remote based control. You can use your mobile phone for that. But in other media player you have lot more options to go for. It is good to go wit a full size media players compare to chromecast if you need more better home theater experience.

If your tv has a internet connection then I do not really think you need Chromecast type device. You can just stream the content on that directly by creating a media server. That will do the job. Today many tv comes with wifi connection. They are bit costly compare to the regular one but they are good. You can play songs and videos on the same and they work well. You can use YouTube to pair your smartphone with tv and use it like a remote to play/pause videos files.
