Xperia Neo refuse to charge

I am having quite a few problems with my Xperia Neo MT15i. It started off a few and I found that it would refuse to charge when plugged into the charge. I'm not sure what is causing them, so I bought a new charger and battery off mpj that seems to fit, haven’t arrived yet. I’ll have to use an alternative phone now.

Can you first try to reboot your phone and then remove the battery for sometime and after that insert it again and check if the phone is charging. Also, did you try to charge with another wall charger? Also try to charge from the USB cable as well. It still nothing is working for you then you might have to contact the Sony support at your local residence.
