Can I use Samsung Tab 2 official headphone on Moto G

I want a suggestion on using the official headphone of Samsung Tab 2 with Moto G or with any other smartphone. This headphone has a volume control option with call pickup button. It was used by my friend who has the tablet. I want the headphone and he is selling that a cheap price. But I want to know before that whether this headphone will work with my phone or not. Does the volume control and call pickup button will work.

It will work. I am using the same on Lenovo A369i. It is a budget phone and I got this headphone long back. It supports the mobile and I am able to reduce the call and music volume through the center volume key. I can also pickup and disconnect the call through that. It works fine. There are common issues with Samsung headphone which does not support many devices. But most of the time it works.

It is right. This is a common problem with Sony headphones not with Samsung. they work well with other devices also. I am also using one which works fine with my old phone, but when you have a official sony headphone it might not work well. The most common issue lies with low audio. And most of the time the buttons does not respond. You can use Samsung headphone it will work fine. There is nothing to worry about that.
