ADB fastboot is not recognizing my mobile phone

I am trying to root a android device. As per a procedure I have to use a command line utility to run the flash file. The command is adb fastboot through cmd. I am getting device not found error on that. The mobile is connected with the pc through micro usb cable. The warning just keeps on appearing. I had tried to check in Device Manager, but everything looks perfect. Where can be the issue. How to configure this adb fastboot.

Adb fastboot is used to unlock the bootaloder. I am quiet sure you don't have appropriate drivers due to which you are getting the problem. You have to enable usb debugging first in your phone and connect it to your pc. You will get a hardware installation wizard. This might installation automatically if not then you have to find the right usb driver for your mobile phone. Or else the process is not going to work.

There is one way to fix the issue. If adb is not properly configured then you cannot communicate with your pone through cmd. You will keep on getting the same error constantly. You can start with installation of android adb kit in your pc. You can download that from the official site. Then update java. There is a adb installer available on the web which can also help you for the same things. Try installing the same and check back.
