Camera Failed error on Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Whenever I try to take some photos in Galaxy Note 3 I am getting a camera filed message on the screen. It is a brand new phone and I got this error last night in a party. I had not yet checked the same back. I want to know does this some kind of internal hardware fault. Should I replace the phone. This error
only appeared for once and I think the camera might start working but what about the error.

Try to check the camera once again. Go in your gallery and see the amount of photos you have. If the internal storage is low then you will face this kind of issue. You have to free up some space and then try back.

That is not a error. It is a tiny issue. There are two main reason for the problem. First as mentioned above there is a low space in the internal storage of the phone. So you will have to free up some space. The second issue is low battery. If your phone battery is lower than 15% then the camera, flash, lcd brightness, etc will not work. This is the internal feature of the device to conserve some battery so that it does not shutdown complete. Keep on the phone on charging. Always when you are going to out it is necessary that your device must have maximum battery left. Low battery is a common issue for this kind of messages. It is not actually a error, but a message indicator to tell you that camera will not operate under the current condition. If you get this error at the time of using it on full battery then it is hardware issue. Carry it to the service center.

Most of this new devices comes with 7 days replacement warranty. That means if the device is not proper you are going to get brand new one if you complain within 7 days of purchase. But after that you have to take it to the service center.
