Is it possible to get PS4 type of graphics on a PC

PS4 is a upcoming gaming console which will be loaded with high end graphic and configuration. I want some help to get the same PS4 graphics on a pc. Is it possible. Does anyone knows what gpu is used in the new console. Sony says that they are going to use some kind of next generation technology in it. That will boost the output making it superior over others in terms of performance.
