Yes, all the models of the Nexus 7 tablet are same with similar specifications. Its just that, Flipkart buys products on bulk and therefore they might be getting some discount on a whole lot. Hence they are selling the tablet at a discount rate to the customers. About Amazon India, I dont know how they are selling and also their price quote is very high. The 349USD tablet that you have listed from Google is the LTE version, meaning they work on a SIM Locked version from Network Providers and also if you want to buy this version then you will have to unlock it here in India. There is also one more problem and that is, you will have to pay more for this version, since it will be shipped from outside our country.

I got my answer, on all Indian sites , it's 2012 version of nexus , so price is less.

Yeah, it seems like google is now offering a new Nexus 7 2013 model with a new technical specifications. Hence this model will be a little costly compared to the old 2013 model.
